Kenneth Lee Thomas

Kenneth Thomas, age 73, of Alba, Texas, passed away on the morning of December 20, 2021, with his wife and children by his side. He was born on November 27th, 1948 in Byron, Michigan to the late Adrian and Leola (Kinney) Thomas. Kenneth served his country in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged after 21 years having attained the rank of Master Sergeant. Mr. Thomas loved his country, all animals big and small, and most importantly he loved his wife, children, and grandchildren with all of his heart. Kenneth was a lifetime member of the VFW. He is survived by, wife Carol of Alba, TX, sons; Edward Thomas and wife Cristy of Longview, TX, Jeff Thomas and wife Lacy of Lindale, TX, Frank Liedtky and wife Ginny of Naples, FL, grandchildren; Nathan Thomas, Joshua Schreffler, Macy Reavis, Joseph Reavis, Caden Thomas, Clinton Thomas, Steven Liedtky. Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens 5396 S. State Hwy 37 Mineola, Texas 75773 at 2:00 pm. Father Lawrence Love, celebrant.
In lieu of flowers, family has asked for donations be made to Mineola Animal Shelter.
