He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Worsham; and a brother, Steven Worsham.

He is survived by a step-father, Danny Reynolds; three daughters, Brittany Ann Worsham, Brianna Nicole Worsham and Natlie Worsham; two brothers, Michael Worsham, Sr. and Jason Worsham; a step-brother, Renny Reynolds; and two step-sisters, Mickey Pugh and Chasity McGahey.
