Larry Joe Lindley

Larry Joe "Moe" Lindley, born on February 17, 1954, in Winnsboro, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2024, at the age of 70. Larry, fondly known as "Moe" to his family and friends, was a cherished member of the Winnsboro community.

Larry was the beloved son of Bill Lindley and Billie Busby Lindley, who both preceded him in death. He spent his entire childhood in Winnsboro, where he developed a deep connection to his roots and formed lifelong friendships. He was a longtime member of the East Point Baptist Church near Winnsboro.

A man of simple pleasures, Larry found joy in fishing and spending quality time with his friends and family. He had a special place in his heart for children and took great pleasure in the time he spent with his nieces and nephews, who adored their Uncle Moe.

Larry is survived by his loving brothers, Bobby Lindley and his wife, Gail, Gary Lindley, and Mickey Lindley and his wife, Patti. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Ted and Billy Lindley.

Larry's warmth, kindness, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
