He is survived by his wife, Joan Wilburn; two sons, Chris and Kevin Bailey; three daughters, Shanna Wilkinson, Angie Galyean, Sharla Ringgold; three brothers, Bobby, Don and David Wilburn; four sisters, Polly Schlicher, Margie Sloan, Vida Rae Campodonico, Carol Owen; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
