Leeroy Jackson Moore

Mr. LeeRoy Jackson Moore passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2010 at the age of 94. He was born on April 9, 1915 to the late Walter Joseph Moore and Mary Ann Alvis Moore. He was a retired painter and married the former Ila Lois Baird on December 21, 1935. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his parents, and by two brothers and five sisters. Survivors include his wife of seventy-four years, Mrs. Ila Lois Moore of Winnsboro; sons, Donald Lee Moore of Winnsboro and Dale Franklin Moore of Sulphur Springs; daughter, Laqueta Joy Hankins of Winnsboro; twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be, Stephen Moore, Chad Hankins, Roy Hankins, Ronnie Hankins, Scott Moore, Chris Moore, Cary Moore, Riley Alexander, Cord Hankins.
