Leon Claude Morse

Leon Claude Morse, Jr., age 70 of Winnsboro passed away, Saturday, October 4, 2008 at his home. He was born on May 29, 1938 in Cortland, NY., to the late Leon Sr., and Ora Blanche Norton Morse. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Patricia Halstead, and a brother Gerald Morse. He is survived by his wife of 19 years Lorene Scott Morse of Winnsboro; sons, Larry Dickens and family of Mesquite, William Dickens of Winnsboro, Ronnie Dickens of Winnsboro, George Dickens and family of Winnsboro; daughters, Stacy Morse of New York, JoAnne Sharp of Winnsboro; sisters, Marilyn Livermore of Illinois, Beverly Lefferman and husband Jerry of Florida, Lorraine Adams and husband Sam of South Carolina, Virginia Skeeber and husband Richard of South Carolina, Sally Molina and husband Thomas of Illinois, Joanna Sennett and husband Joe of Illinois, April Sennett and husband Steve of Illinois, Pam PArks and husband Larry of Wisconsin, Toni Nelson and husband Gene of Illinois; brothers, Wayne Morse and wife Cindy of Wisconsin, Dennis Morse of Illinois; fifteen grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
