Lester Ray Hilburn

Mr. Lester Ray Hilburn, age 86 of Tyler, passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2010 in Tyler. He was born on August 15, 1923 in Post City, Texas to the late Raymond James and Dollie Ellis Hilburn. He was a veteran of World War II, a retired oil field worker, and a member of Victory Assembly of God Church of Tyler. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Hilburn, fourteen siblings, and a daughter, Dorothy Hilburn. He is survived by sons, Bobby Ray Hilburn of Longview, Ricky Glynn Hilburn and wife Chyrle Kay of Marion, Arkansas; daughters, Barbara Lutz and husband Al of Tyler, Vicky Lynn Gore and husband Glenn of Sulphur Springs; sister, Nadine Wilson of Ft. Worth; twenty-two grandchildren, and thirty-six great-grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held on April 18, 2010 at 2:30PM at the Victory Assembly of God Church in Tyler.
