Linda Lou Carter

Mrs. Linda Lou Carter passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at the age of 68. She was born on May 8, 1942 to the late William Hutchins and Hazel D. Lindsey Hutchins. Mrs. Carter was retired from WISD and was preceded in death by her husband, Neil Wayne Carter on March 27, 2003, son; Derwin Neil Carter on June 8, 2002 and by one brother. Survivors include her daughters, Sharon Carter of Irving and Stacey Spencer of The Coloney; sisters, Brenda Howle of Winnsboro and Virginia Hutchins of Mesquite; three grandchildren, Jonathon Williams, Kayli Howle and Alexis Howle; nephews, Beau Talbott, William Howle, Jeff Hutchins, Ronald Howle; niece, Christy Bachelor and great nieces, Amber Stawser and April Bachelor.
