Linda Lou Traywick, 70 years old, of Panama City Beach, Florida, passed away on November 9, 2021.
Linda was born on September 11, 1951 to parents Arthur and Betty Hassig in Mansfield, Ohio. Linda spent most of her younger years in New Mexico where she lived with her family, parents and brothers James and Gred Hassig, in Albuquerque. She attended Southwestern Assemblies of God College in Waxahachie, Texas (1969-1971) and New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico (1972).
In 1968, Linda met her husband, Richard (Rick) in Clovis, New Mexico. They went on to live in Borger, Texas (1975-1977), Amarillo, Texas (1977-1989) and San Antonio, Texas (1989-19911) before moving to San Diego, California (1991-2021). After thirty years in San Diego, Linda and Rick retired to Panama City Beach, Florida in 2021.
Linda is survived by her husband, Rick, and her three children, daughter Amber Kotcher and husband Kris; daughter Krissy Pockett and husband Shawn, grandchildren Hannah and Jaden: son Joshua Traywick and wife Ashely and grandson Hunter. In addition to raising her own children, Linda fostered 137 infants and toddlers.
