Lois Virginia Golightly

Lois V. Golightly, age 86 of Winnsboro, passed away on Thursday, July 21 , 2011. She was born in Franklin County on August 28, 1924 to the late Dewey H. and Gladys Blake Hamrick. She was a retired first grade teacher for the Odessa and Brownwood school districts; she moved to Winnsboro in 1989 and attended New Hope Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Lynda Brazier of Sterling, Alaska; son, Bob Golightly and wife Angie of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Robert Golightly, Stephen Brazier, Tracey Withrow; four great-grandchildren, Sydney, Evan, Cheyenne, and Keeley.
