Lonnie Ray Tatman

Lonnie Ray Tatman, age 60 of Quitman, passed away on April 30, 2014 in Vernon, TX. Lonnie was born in Coffeyville, Kansas on December 20, 1953 to the late Wallace Richardson Tatman and Gladys McCoy Aikman. He was a construction manager and member of the Flora Masonic Lodge #119 in Quitman. He was preceded in death by his father, Wallace Richardson Tatman; mother, Gladys McCoy Aikman; brother, Lynn Aikman; sister, Karen Aikman. He is survived by sons, Doug Tatman and wife Christi of Quitman, Dale Benton of Ft. Worth; daughters, Shannon Tatman of Ft. Worth, Penny Benton of Dallas; brothers, David Tatman of Yantis, Roger Aikman of Hurst, Richard Tatman of Wichita, KS.; sisters, Margaret Tatman of Garland, Leona Vining of Kaufman, Sharon Tatman of Strong City, KS.; the mother of his children, Betty Benton; grandchildren, L.J., Trent, Jesse, Sarah, Jenna, Andrew, Addison, Parker, and one on the way, and two great-grandchildren.
