Lorene Brown

Lorene Brown, age 88, died Monday, August 1, 2011 in Mineola, Texas. She was born on Saturday, September 2, 1922 in Mineola, Texas to the late Andrew and Flora Graham.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy Brown; and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by a son, Jimmy Forrister of Hawkins, Texas; four daughters, Pauline Leftridge of Virginia, Loren Duke of Grand Saline, Lottie West of Gladewater, Charlene Brown of Mineola; eighteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and many great, great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Ms. Brown will be at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 from 6 -8 PM.

Graveside services will be held at New Hope Cemetery on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 4:00PM with Bro. Fred Morrow officiating.
