Lorenzo Thompson

Lorenzo Thompson, age 68 of Mineola, passed away on Tuesday, April 16th, 2019 in Tyler. He was born on June 15th, 1950 in Mineola to the late Lorenzo & Alberta Thompson. He worked for the Salt Mine in Grand Saline for 30 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lorenzo and Alberta Thompson; wife, Cheryl Thompson; brother, Kim Thompson and grandson, Corey Jackson. He is survived by, son, Lorenzo Thompson III; daughters, Catina Jackson and Erica Thompson; brothers, Clay Thompson, Gary Thompson, Chris Thompson and Joe Thompson; sisters, Debra Thompson and Colleen Thompson; and grandchildren, Ariel Jackson and Brandon Jackson. Services for Mr. Thompson have been postponed until further notice.
