Louise E. Taylor

Mrs. Louise E. Taylor went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at the age 95. She was born on November 1, 1911 to the late James N. Foster and Mary Britton Foster. Mrs. Taylor was saved at the age of twelve and was baptized in the Caney Creek near the Black Oak Community. The former Miss. Foster married Mr. Robert Taylor on June 17, 1945 and he preceded her in death on May 19, 1978. Mrs. Taylor joined the First Baptist Church of Winnsboro in 1947 and served as a faithful member, helping with the GA's and the Acteens. She served as a volunteer for the Winnsboro Hospital and then the Presbyterian Hospital of Winnsboro for twenty-one years and considered it the most rewarding work of her life. Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by parents, husband and nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Doyle and Bobbie Taylor of Winnsboro; two grandchildren, Marcus Taylor and Kayron Sue Taylor; six great grandchildren and eleven great great grandchildren.
