Loy Thompson

Loy H. Thompson of Holly Lake Ranch, TX died on June 30, 2014 in Tyler, TX. Mrs. Thompson was born in Wichita Falls, TX, on Tuesday, August 30, 1938 to the late Harry and Earleen Holland. She was a member of Holly Brook Baptist Church. As a young women, she was a Worthy Advisor for Rainbow Girls Organization. She was a daycare caregiver for the Child Development Center of First Baptist Church in Plano, TX.

She is survived by her husband, Ron P. Thompson of Holly Lake Ranch; two sons, Rick L. Thompson and Wife Nancy Hampton – Thompson of Plano, TX and Gary H. Thompson and wife Dawn of Plano; daughter, Jeri T. Neely and husband Shawn of Houston, TX; six grandchildren, Shelby Thompson, Holland Thompson, Tyler Neely, Cooper Thompson, Baxter Thompson and Mitchel Thompson.

Visitation will be held at Holly Brook Baptist, Hawkins, TX on Thursday, July 3, 2014 from 1 – 2 PM.

Funeral Service will follow visitation on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the church with Rev. Larry McGuire officiating. Interment will be at Holly Tree Cemetery in Holly Lake Ranch, TX.
