Lula Faye Corley

Mrs. Lula Faye Corley, age 82 of Mineola, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday morning, September 16, 2023. . She was born on July 14, 1941 on the Bush and Burnett Ranch in Knox County, Texas to the late Forest Dudley Reeves and Minnie Ophelia Camp Reeves. She was the fourth of four daughters, and quickly became a tomboy who followed her daddy everywhere. Faye was a longtime assistant manager of Capital One Bank in Mineola and loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, J. Corley and son, Jay Corley.

Survivors include her children, Charmy Corley Caston, Kevin Corley and Brent Corley; grandchildren, Cody Sparkman, Brandon Sparkman, Krista Stinchfield, Abbie Doggett, Dustin Corley, Brent Corley, Breanna Corley, Jake Corley, and Balee Martin along with twenty great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at Beaty Funeral Home 5320 S. State Hwy. 37 Mineola, TX. A Graveside Service will follow at Cedars Memorial Gardens Cemetery Hwy 69 South Mineola, TX at 1:00 pm with Rev. Reggie Day conducting.
