Lynn Ray Carter

Lynn Ray Carter, age 64 of Mineola, passed away on Sunday, October 31st, 2021 in Mineola. He was born on June 26th, 1957 in Hobbs, NM to Lyndon Carter and Cherrie Carter. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish, tell tall tales and he never met a stranger. His happiest days were spent with his grandchildren, family and his dog Bo. Lynn is preceded in death by his father, Lyndon Dale Carter. He is survived by, mother; Cherrie Cervin, sons; Joshua Garee, Jesse Carter, daughter; Jamie Davis, brother; David Carter, sister; Lynette Carter Ladd, grandchildren; Triston, Donaven, Morgan, Declan, Laney, Ever and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is scheduled for November 13, 2021 at 11:00 am at First Christian Church, 209 North Pacific Street Mineola, TX 75773.
