Marcellus Lajoy Teague

Marcellus Lajoy Teague, age 86, died Monday, December 10, 2012 in Tyler, Texas. She was born on Friday, June 11, 1926 in Bea, Oklahoma to the late Lowry and Maybelle Douglas. She was a homemaker and attended First Baptist Church in Yantis, Texas.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Charles Teague of Alba, Texas; three sons, Larry K. Teague of Yantis, Allan R. Teague of Yantis and Gary G. Teague and wife Mary of Owassa, Oklahoma; a sister, Patsy Huckabay of Las Vegas, Nevada; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mrs. Teague will be held at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola, Texas from 6 - 8 PM on Thursday, December 13, 2012.

Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church in Yantis, Texas on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 1:00 PM with Rev. David Bagwell officiating.

Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Mineola.
