Marshall Pecos White, age 55, of Hawkins, Texas, went to his heavenly home on April 21, 2024. Born in Houston, Texas, on June 6, 1968, to Jerry Lynn White and Margaret Louise Rackley White, Marshall was a cherished son, devoted husband, loving brother, and a loyal friend who brought joy and laughter to all who knew him.
Those who knew Marshall understood his passion for life's simpler pleasures. He was an ardent fan of the Dallas Cowboys, enjoyed watching Lindale Eagles games, and spent many peaceful hours fishing — a pastime that brought him immense joy and relaxation.
Marshall was a beloved figure not just within his family but also across the community where he formed enduring relationships through his genuine kindness and infectious enthusiasm for his interests.
Marshall is survived by his loving mother, Louise White of Mineola; his wife, Lynda White of Hawkins; his sister, Kathryn Mills of Columbus; nieces Brittany W. Foster, Amy W. Young, Megan Bennett; and nephews Derrick Morris, CW Morris, Jordan Waters, Robert Mills, and Tyler Mills. His life was also blessed with many friends who will miss his warm presence and cheerful spirit.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry White; brother, Mitchell White; and niece, Misty White.
Marshall's legacy will be cherished and remembered through the stories shared by those who knew him best and the quiet moments spent near the water with a fishing pole in hand, looking towards the horizon.
