Mary Frances Forsee

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Frances Forsee, beloved mother, grandmother,, and devoted educator, who entered eternal rest on April 6, 2026, at the age of 88. Mary was born on January 13, 1938, and lived a life filled with love, laughter, and a deep dedication to family and community.

Mary was married to Jack Forsee for 42 wonderful years. Together, they traveled to beautiful destinations across Europe, Hawaii, and various locations throughout the United States, creating cherished memories and celebrating their lives together. As a passionate educator, Mary earned her Master's degree in education and spent many years teaching in public schools throughout Texas and beyond. She touched the lives of countless students, instilling in them a love of learning and curiosity.

Mary was the proud mother of three children: Tina Wilson and boyfriend Richard, Paul Benton and wife Stephanie, and Vicki Keanu and husband Alan and four step-children. She also leaves behind a legacy of love with 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren who will always remember her warmth and kindness. Her family was her greatest joy, and she devoted herself wholeheartedly to their well-being.

A longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church, Mary embodied a spirit of compassion and friendship, always reaching out to care for those around her. Her love for reading, particularly mystery novels, was one of her many passions, yet her greatest love was always for her family and friends.

The family is profoundly grateful for the compassionate care provided by the staff at Autumn Wind Assisted Living, especially Terry, as well as to Sandy Hubbell, who was not only a caregiver but a dear friend to Mary for over a decade.

In celebration of Mary's life, a graveside service will be held at Ebenezer Cemetery on April 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM, where family and friends will gather to pay their respects and honor her memory.

Mary Frances Forsee will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her legacy of love will continue to shine through her family and the countless lives she impacted.
