Mary L. Gore

Mrs. Mary Gore passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at the age of 81. She was born on November 5, 1926 to the late Isum Andrew Cox and Mattie Leola Bagby Cox. Mrs. Gore married Mr. Jessie Gore in 1945 and he preceded her in death in 1992. She was the Theatre Operator for the Tri-State Theater in Winnsboro and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Quitman. Mrs. Gore was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and by a daughter, Paula Jean Gore on April 16, 2002. Survivors include her brothers and sisters-in-law, Andrew and Louise Cox of Winnsboro, Curtis and Pete Cox of Winnsboro and Clifford and Willett Cox of Rockport; sisters and brother-in-law, Geraldine Pinson of Winnsboro, Evelyn and Jim Gould of Mesquite and Dorothy Ruth Jones of El Paso; numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
