Mary Belle Marrs

Mrs. Mary Belle Marrs, age 83 of Winnsboro, formerly of Ft. Worth, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2011 in Winnsboro. She was born in the Stout Community outside Winnsboro on January 29, 1928 to the late Ulysses S. and Zora Ingram Jordan. She was a retired beautician, and member of Tinneys Chapel United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Hoyt S. Marrs, also preceding her were her grandparents that raised her, Calvin and Elizabeth Whitworth. She is survived by her daughter, Sherri Brewer and husband Charles of Winnsboro; son, Rickey Marrs and wife Sandra of Ft. Worth; brother, T. Joe Jordan and wife Ann of Haltom City; sisters, Frankie Brewer and husband Travis of Winnsboro, Imogene Myers of Winnsboro, Bobbie Long of Vacaville, Ca.; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
