Mary Jeanette Phillips

Mary Jeanette Phillips, 78, of Longview, Texas, joined the saints in heaven on March 27, 2022. Mrs. Phillips was born on July 10, 1943, in Mineola, Texas, to the late Phillip and Veda Mae (McKeney) Williams. Mary was a devoted wife and mother to her children and loved each and everyone of them with all her heart. She was a caregiver to them all and though she has passed from this life all those who survive her will carry her memory in their hearts forever. Mrs. Phillips was preceded in death by her parents; husband Norman Eugene Phillips; daughter Sheila Ann Jones; brothers Phillip Williams, Jr., Robert Gene Williams, Jackie Ray Williams, and Kenneth Wayne Williams. She is survived by sons, Danny Ray Jones and Cecil Dwayne Jones; daughters, Marcillitta Annette Moore and Tina Lucille Schmigel; an aunt Francis Caskey; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren. The graveside service will be held at Cedar Memorial Gardens in Mineola on Friday, April 1, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Bryan Peck officiant.
