Mary Kathryn Tennison died on Monday, June 07, 2010 at her home in Hawkins, Texas. She was born on Saturday, May 26, 1928 also in Hawkins, Texas. She was a beauty operator and a member of the Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ross R. Tennison, her parents Arthur and Cora Acker and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by two sons, Larry Poole of Hawkins and Darrell Poole of Tyler; and one sister Marie Willoughby of Winnsboro; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services for Ms. Tennison will be held at Beaty Funeral Home in Hawkins at 10:00 am on Thursday, June 10, 2010 with visitation on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 from 6 - 8 pm.

Interment will be at Liberty Cemetery in Hawkins following the funeral service.
