Matthew Earl Murphy

Matthew "Smurf" Earl Murphy age 44 of Winnsboro, passed away on Friday, July 11, 2014 in Hunt County. Matthew was born in Jal, NM. on July 28, 1969 to the late Ronnie Earl and Barbara Ann Rusche Murphy. He worked as a Crew Foreman for Dresser-Rand, he loved motorcycles, and spending time with his son. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronnie and Barbara Murphy; his brother, Ronnie Eugene Murphy. He was a proud and loving father to his son, Waylon Ryan Murphy of Mt. Vernon; also surviving are his sister, Heidi Murphy of Sullivan, MO; numerous cousins and a host of friends that will miss him greatly.
