Melinda Waynette Hackett

Mrs. Melinda Waynette Hackett passed away on Friday, June 12, 2009 at the age of 41. She was born on January 4, 1968 to Kenneth Wayne Berkley and Lafawn McDonald Berkley. Mrs Hackett was a nurse and served as the Director of Nurses at Trinity Mission Health and Rehab in Winnsboro. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lafawn Berkley; sister, Kay Chaney and a grandchild, Preslee Tabor. Survivors include her husband, Jesse Hackett of Winnsboro; daughter and son-in-law, Phylesha and Jace Tabor of Elk City, Ok; son, Derick Berkley of Winnsboro, father and step-mother, Kenneth and Barbara Berkley of Winnsboro; sister, Lissa Berkley of Breckenridge, TX and two grandchildren, Payton Tabor and Judson Tabor.
