Myra Faye Williams

Myra Reneau Williams passed away peacefully Monday, February 7, 2022 at the age of 95. She entered heaven surrounded by long-missed loved ones.

Born to Richard and Alice Jacobs on March 11,1926 in Franklin County, TX. She married Hartho W. Reneau in December of 1944 where they had three children, Rita, Richard and Rhonda. Myra and H.W. made their home in Winnsboro, TX until H.W. passed away in 1984. She later met and married Clovis O. Williams and moved to Mt. Pleasant, TX. Clovis and Myra shared a love for family and travel together until Clovis passed away.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Myra. She loved conversations with friends and family, and she had a wonderful ability to be present in all moments. She enjoyed a warm cup of strong coffee, watching and listening to the birds, gardening and found beauty in everything around her.

Myra had an uncanny ability to find happiness in all things, especially in moments of trial or tribulation. Her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone she met. Everyone that crossed Myra's path knew her heart was as big as her beautiful smile. She loved and always cared for so many. She will be forever remembered by those who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest.

She leaves behind two daughters, Rita Pearson and husband Charles , Boerne, TX, Rhonda Jones and husband Don, Albuquerque, NM, and one son, Rich Reneau and wife Jan, McKinney, TX. Grandchildren Terry Harrelson and wife Cynthia, Ashlee Tanner, Danna Sneed and husband Rob, Brandi Teague and husband Ryan, Lacy Guerrerro and husband Ryan, Spencer Reneau and fiancé Lindsay. Grandma loved on 18 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandbaby.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Harmony Cemetery in Winnsboro.
