Nanci Ruth Hicks

Mrs. Nanci Ruth (Allen) Hicks, age 69 of Winnsboro, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2014 at home in Winnsboro. Nanci was born in Wichita Falls on August 30, 1945 to the late Halbert E. and Faye Dossett Allen. She retired from WISD after 25 years, was a member of Harmony Assembly of God, Missionate Director of the NTDC and a Sunday School Teacher for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Martha Allen. She is survived by her loving husband, Bro. Vince Hicks of Winnsboro; son, Brian Hicks of Conroe; daughters, Moriah Leanne Brocar of Midland, Tawney Tallo and husband Vincent of Alexandria, LA.; brother, Michael Edwin Allen and wife Kathy of Olney; and eight grandchildren.
