Nancy Angela Robichaux

July 25, 1950 — October 10, 2022

Mrs. Nancy Angela Robichaux went to her heavenly home on October 10, 2022. She was born in Palatka, Florida to Angela Estelle Taunton and James Crawford Rowe. The baby of the family, she spent her youth on the family ranch in south Florida.

She met and married the love of her life, Lloyd Robichaux, in Mobile, Alabama. Although she had many experiences in her travels and was capable of many vocations; ultimately she chose the most important of all, to be a mom.

After raising her own children and many others who called her mom; she turned her attention to other aspirations. In her fifties, she was able to obtain both her peace officer certification and paramedic certification and volunteered as a reserve officer for both Wood and Hopkins County Sheriff's Departments. She also organized a nonprofit association to facilitate state-wide training for mounted patrol units and an advocacy program for adolescent girls. She did all of this while helping to raise her two beloved granddaughters. She spent countless hours and gave of herself completely and selflessly to these endeavors.

She was preceded in death by both her parents and all of her siblings as well as her only son, Paul Anthony Robichaux. She is survived by her husband of more than fifty years, Lloyd Robichaux, daughters, Leilani Lemieux and husband David Lemieux, Angie Pike and husband Chad Pike, grandaughters Charity Gillean and husband Allen Gillean, Hope Tomlinson and husband Lucas Tomlinson, grandsons, Chris Robichaux, Chad Pike and Cole Pike, great grand-children, Copper Crews, Rayleigh Crews, Jasmin Tomlinson, Bryan Tomlinson and Aiden Tomlinson and many dear friends and extended family.
