Nedra Thornton Gilbreath

Nedra Thornton Gilbreath went to be with her Lord Jesus on Monday, November 12, 2012. She was born on Thursday, July 2, 1925 in Jack County, Texas to the late Oscar and Vernie Thornton. She is joining her husband Tom and her granddaughter Rebecca; two brothers and one sister.

She was a loving mother and grandmother, although she was Mama and Granny to many others. She was active in her church, Eastern Star and many other community activities.

Those left to cherish her memory are daughters, Jo Hilliard of Ft. Worth, Texas, Joyce Cheatham and husband Russell of Euless, Texas and Mary Terrell of Yantis, Texas; two grandsons, Heath Hilliard and wife Jennifer of Ft. Worth and Joshua Terrell and wife Sophia of Yantis; four great granddaughters; a brother Jack and sister Ludie; and many other family and friends.
