Nellie Moraine Fulgham died Tuesday, June 8, 2010 in Mineola, Texas. She was born on Tuesday, May 28, 1918 in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma. She was a beauty operator and a member of Smith Chapel United Methodist Church. She was a Past Matron of the Eastern Star in Mineola and San Diego, California. She was a volunteer for the Meals on Wheels program and the Past President of the local AARP chapter. She was a Reagan delegate to the Republican National Convention in 1980.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Marshall Fulgham, and all of her brothers and sisters.

She is survived by a son; Ronald Smith, a daughter; Mardy LaForge, two step-sons; Mack Smith and Bill Fulgham, two step-daughters; Marsha Kunkel and Judy Bechthold, thirteen grandchildren and twenty five great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held for Ms. Fulgham on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Smith Chapel United Methodist Church in Mineola with Bro. Jim Pickens officiating.
