Nicolas "Nic" Thomas Wilkins, 22, of Mineola, passed away on January 27, 2025. Born on October 13, 2002, in Sulphur Springs, Nic was known for his adventurous spirit, love of the outdoors, and passion for cars.

He worked as a waiter at Tomatillos Restaurant in Mineola, where he was cherished by coworkers and customers alike for his friendly demeanor and warm smile. In his free time, Nic enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting, and fishing—pastimes that brought him peace and joy.

Nic is survived by his daughter, Emerysn Blankenship; mother, Ashley Waldon and Deborah Craver; his grandparents, Kim and Todd Williams and Bill and Lisa Waldon; his sisters, Sara Wilkins and her husband, Alberto, Bailey Wilkins, and Cheyanne Mims; his brother, Wyatt Mims and his wife, Savannah; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Wilkins, Jr., and his brother, Kenneth Wilkins, III.

Nic's light, laughter, and fearless spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
