Nora Charlene Gibson

Mrs. Nora Charlene Gibson passed away on Friday, February 23, 2007 at the age of 88. She was born on February 25, 1918 in Winnboro, Texas to the late C. E. Stanley and Maude Lee Ross Stanley. Mrs. Gibson is a life long resident of Winnsboro and a member of the Pine Street Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Fidilis Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Maurice Gibson on February 26, 1975 and one son, Benny Gibson on March 30, 2004. Mrs Gibson is survived by her Daughter and son-in-law, Marlene and B. B. Messimer of Winnsboro; three sons and daughters-in-law, Bubba and Linda Gibson of Winnsboro, Pete and Marja Gibson of Winnsboro, and Mike and Gina Gibson of Winnsboro; fourteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
