Nova Lourie Joiner

Mrs. Nova Wilcox Joiner, age 85 of Winnsboro, passed away, Tuesday, April 29, 2008 in Winnsboro. She was born on October 10, 1922 in Hopkins County to the late Tom Clark and Ova Glasco Wilcox. She was a homemaker and member of 1st Assembly of God in Winnsboro. She was married to T.G. Joiner in Pickton on October 19, 1940. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Nell Joyner, Martha Ussery, Beth Banks, brothers, Manuel and Pleasant Wilcox. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, T.G. Joiner of Winnsboro; sons and daughters-in-law, Dathen and Francis Joiner of Houston, Hollice and Martha Joiner of Winnsboro, Dreabon and Pamelia Joiner of Pickton; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Steve Broadus of Pascagoula, MS.; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
