Opal Ozell Cone

Mrs. Opal Ozell Cone, age 96, of Winnsboro, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2007. She was born on July 30, 1910 in Upshur County to the late John William and Opal Holder Davis. She was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church of Winnsboro. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Morris Cone in 2001, three brothers and eight sisters. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Marcy and Jerry Rodgers of Point; two granddaughters, Mendi Garrett and husband Scott, Melani Windham and husband Joey; five great-grandchildren, Colten Garrett, Collin Garrett, Braeden Windham, Eric Windham, and Devin Windham.
