Pamela Larue

Pamela Ryan LaRue, 71, of Balch Springs, Texas, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 21, 2020. Pamela was born on May 3, 1949 in Grand Saline, Texas. She graduated from Samuell High School in 1967. Pamela met Samuel Patrick LaRue, and they wed in 1973. They became a family of four with Pam's son, David Christopher Voss (LaRue), and Pat's son, Steven Patrick LaRue. They went on to have their son, Kevin Michael LaRue.When Pamela's grandchildren, Kevin Jr. and Meagan came along she was dedicated to be a loving and caring grandmother to them. She spent many days finding some fun craft for them to do during every visit. Even though they weren't directed blood related, she cherished her other grandchildren Ronnie Clark, Ryan LaRue, Peggy Roder and Lexee LaRue. They always held a special place in Pam's heart. Pamela was passionate about books, crafts, and chatting with friends. She was the neighborhood mom for many of thr children of Alicia Lane over the years. When she wasn’t filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found in her craft room working on some project. We will miss her greatly. Pamela was predeceased by her husband, Samuel Patrick LaRue, and brother, Roger Carl Ryan. Pamela is survived by her sons David and Kevin and his wife Liza; and grandchildren Kevin Jr. and Meagan LaRue.The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Beaty Funeral Home, 5396 S State Highway 37, Mineola, TX. There will a grave site service on December 2, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Concord Cemetery, Mineola, TX.
