Pamela Joyce Mowat

Pamela Joyce Cate Mowat, age 68 of Pickton, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 in Winnsboro. She was born in McKinney, Texas on October 18, 1943 to the late Homer Hulen Cate and Joyce Alva Moore Cate. She was a homemaker, and a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Pickton. She was preceded in death by her father, and her husband, Alexander Grant Mowat, III. She is survived by her daughter, Leslie Mowat of Winnsboro; son, Alexander Grant Mowat, IV. and wife Frances of Pickton; her mother, Joyce Alva Moore Cate of Hurst, Texas; sister, Sandra Gayle Cate Diamond of Hurst; three grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Mowat, Alexander Grant Mowat V, Jo Dylan Mowat; and two great-grandchildren, Gracie Ann Mowat, and Kenlee Marie McCoy. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at New Pickton Cemetery located at Pickton, Texas with the Bro. Patrick Gernenz officiating. Interment will be in New Pickton Cemetery, Pickton, TX.
