Patricia Ann Shirley

Mrs Patricia Ann Shirley, age 68 of Winnsboro, passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021 in Tyler. She was born on October 21, 1952 in Dallas to the late Bill Himes and Alberta Bernice Purdue Himes.

Patricia was a loving wife mother and a true homemaker. She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church and was preceded in death by brothers, Henry Himes, Carl Himes and William Himes and sisters, Wanda Davis and Bertha Penn.

She is survived by her loving husband of Fifty-one years, Perry Shirley of Winnsboro; daughters Charlotte Shirley of Gilmer, Lorie Moses and husband, Jimmy of Gilmer, Tammy Coates and husband, Jason of Lampasas, and Teresa Gibson and husband, Daren of Winnsboro; brothers: Joel Himes and wife Tammy of Hawkins, Michael Himes of Winnsboro, and Vernon Himes of Dallas; sister; Marion Green of Dallas; 13 grandchildren, Dana, Benjamin, Shane, Julia, Joshua, Jacob, Grace, Lilly, Savanah, Soloman, Jennifer, Sydney, and Boone; 5 great-grandchildren, Riley, Jason, Austin, Hunter and Elias and numerous nieces, nephews and loving friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Hepsibah Baptist Church. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Perry Shirley and Rev. Scott Darby conducting. Pallbearers will be the grandsons, honorary pallbearer will be Allen Davis.
