Patricia Jean Woods

Mrs Patricia Jean Woods, 88 of Mineola, passed away on Sunday August 2, 2020 in Tyler. She was a beautiful giving lady who volunteered her time and talents to many people in the Mineola and Lindale areas. She worked for Safeway Foods for many years and was manager for the Lindale Chapter of Meals on Wheels for 30 years. Mrs Woods has lived in this area for 37 years having been born and raised in Dallas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Joe Woods and sister Louise Callaway. She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Riley of Mineola, her sons; Norman "Woody" Woods of Arlington, David Woods and wife Karen of Florida, Greg Woods and wife Renee of Arlington; four grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday August 6, 2020 from 5pm-7pm at Beaty Funeral Home 5320 S. St. Hwy 37 Mineola, TX. Service will be Friday August 7, 2020 at 2pm at Central Baptist Church 602 N. Line St., Mineola, TX.
