Patsy G. Browning, 72, of Mineola, TX passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 in Irving, TX. She was born on Saturday, April 24, 1943 in Morillton, AR to the late James Thirl and Orpha Geniece York.
She worked for Irving ISD for twenty three years before coming to Mineola. She worked a total of thirty four years for the Texas Public School System.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Jacob Douglas Browning.
She is survived by her son, Brownie James Browning and wife Sharon of Irving, TX; daughter, Gaylene Wren and husband Chris of Irving, TX; brother, Robert York and wife Diane of Mineola, TX; three grandchildren, Melanie Lee Browning, Michael Douglas Wren and Ben Christopher Wren; one great grandchild, Gabriel James Browning.
Visitation will be held at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola on Friday, July 24, 2015 from 6 to 8 PM. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola, officiated by Rev. Joe White. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Mineola, TX.
