Phillip Sean Thieme

Phillip Sean Thieme, age 28, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2011.

Phillip made his entrance into the world on November 12, 1982, in Fort Worth, Texas. From Texas, he lived in many different states and overseas, graduating high school from Havana, Arkansas. Phillip served his country honorably in the United States Army and was a decorated veteran of the Global War on Terrorism. He recently attended Northeast Texas Community College and was placed on the Dean's list for scholastic achievement.

Mr. Thieme is survived by his parents, Peter and Rebecca Thieme of Winnsboro; a sister, Shannon Thieme of New Jersey; and a brother, Jonathan Thieme of Houston.

A memorial service is being held Saturday, August 13, 2:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 301 Church Street, Winnsboro, Texas, 75494. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to the Army Emergency Relief Fund, www.aerhq.org.
