Phyllis June Bowers

August 26, 1939 — December 22, 2022

Mrs. Phyllis Bowers, age 83 of Winnsboro, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022 in Tyler. She was born on August 26, 1939 in Durant, Oklahoma to the late Leroy Wilson and Alyne Farris Wilson.

Mrs. Bowers was a longtime member of Little Hope Baptist Church, homemaker and loving wife and mother.

Survivors include her husband, James Bowers of Winnsboro and son James Tyson Bowers of Ft. Worth.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 26, 2022 at Little Hope Baptist Church CR 3984 Winnsboro, TX at 1:00 pm with Rev. James Young conducting. Interment will follow at Little Hope Cemetery.
