Raymond Lee Banks

Raymond Lee Banks of Hawkins, Texas, died Friday, January 27, 2012, at the age of 75. He was born on January 15, 1937 in Joy, Texas to the late Vernon and Lola Belle Banks. He was in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War Era.

He is predeceased by his father and mother, a son Raymond Banks Jr.; a brother, Calvin Banks; two sisters, Frankie Banks and Sue George.

He is survived by his wife Evelyn Banks of Hawkins, TX; three sons, Bret Banks and wife Lisa of Pleasant Grove, Utah, Gene Banks and wife Selita of West Valley City, Utah, and Rodney Banks and wife Nichole of Syracuse, Utah; brother, Melvin Banks; sister, Letha Jones of Jacksonville, TX, ; ten grandchildren, several nephews and nieces.
