Raymond Miller

ames Raymond Miller, age 85, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2007 in Sulphur Springs. He was born on June 15, 1921 to the late Isaac and Eula Mae Alford Miller in Pickton. He was a retired truck driver for Mays Trucking, and a member of Pickton United Methodist Church. He married Nola Gallender in Pickton on December 27, 1947. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Dial Miller. He is survived by his wife, Nola Mae Miller of Pickton; one son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Tammy Miller of Sulphur Springs; one daughter, Lenise Boatman of Pickton; one brother, Delbert Miller of Tyler; two sisters, Edith Mays of Pickton, Betty Couch of DeSoto; three grandsons, Matt and Cody Miller of Sulphur Springs, Cole Boatman of Pickton; one granddaughter, Layla Highfield and husband Heath of Pickton; one sister-in-law, Betty Miller of Glenn Heights; and numerous nieces and nephews.
