R.C. Wilson

Mr. R.C. Wilson, age 78, of Hawkins, Texas, died Friday, January 19, 2007, at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler, Texas. Mr. Wilson was a retired fireman with the Tyler Fire Department and had served as Chief of the Westside Volunteer Fire Department. He was born September 5, 1928 in Midlothian, Texas to the late Wiley Wilson and the late Lillie (Briley) Wilson. He was also preceded in death by one son Mark Andrew Wilson in 1978.

He is survived by his wife of fifty seven years Mrs. Patsy Adelle (Landrum) Wilson of Hawkins; one daughter, Robin Wilson of Hawkins; one son, Rick Wilson of Hawkins, Texas; one sister, Pearl Freeman of Grand Saline, and one brother, W.W. Wilson of Lake Livingston.
