He is also survived by wife, Fonella Moore of Chandler; son, Clayton Crews of Richardson, Texas; daughter, April Elizabeth Myers of Gladewater, Texas; brother, Greg Crews of Lindale, Texas; sisters, Frana Morgan of Wylie and Kari Walker of Lewisville, Texas; and seven grandchildren.
