Robert Coleman Burgett

Robert Coleman "R.C." Burgett, age 75, died Wednesday, August 4th, 2010 in Tyler, Texas. He was born on Thursday, November 1st, 1934 in Alba, Texas to the late Arlen and Ruby Lee Burgett. He graduated Valedictorian of his class at Cedar Hill and was a member of the Mineola Church of Christ. He was a member of the Quitman Rotary Club, a Paul Harris Fellow and a member of Mensa. Mr. Burgett was also a retired Postmaster.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother; Tommy Lee Burgett.
He is survived by his wife; Jerry Yvonne Burgett of Alba, one son; Bobby Burgett of Tyler, one daughter; Jane Burgett of Grand Prairie, Texas, one sister; Betty McCarley of Alba and one Grandchild.
