Robert Davis Mowat

Mr. Robert Davis Mowat passed away on Friday, December 5, 2008 at the age of 64. He was born on July 3, 1944 to Alexander Grant Mowat, Jr. and Frances Davis Mowat. Mr. Mowat was a truck driver for Tyler Pipe and was owner of the B&B Store in Pickton. He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and was a member of the Gus Garrison Masonic Lodge # 1273. Mr. Mowat served in several other masonic lodges including Dallas, Sulphur Springs and Pickton. He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Grant Mowat and Sister, Billie Vaughn. Survivors include his wife of forty-two years, Mrs. Brenda Mowat of PIckton; mother, Frances Mowat of Pickton; son and daughter-in-law, Dave and Cindy Mowat of Pickton; daughter and son-in-law, Heather and Shane Fite of Pickton; sister, Jaque Rainey of Rockwall and four grandchildren; Chase Fite, Ali Fite, Jake Mowat and McKensi Mowat
