Robert Self

Robert Lee Self, 75 of Scroggins, TX. passed away on July 30, 2016. Robert was born January 27,1941 in Loveland, GA. He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Self and mother, Fannie Bell Ledford Self, brothers Roy, Eugene, RB, JC, Hershel (PeeWee), and Lloyd; daughters, Sandra D. Self, Sheila Rae Self , and grandson, Aaron Lee Self.

He had a great love for family, fishing, gardening, and cooking for family and friends. He was well known for his work in the family stucco business, where he worked many years. He is survived by his brothers, Vance & Floyd Self; daughters, Sheryl Lowder and Susan Lamont; and sons Ira Lee Self, John Kingsley and Bob Self.

He has eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be August 5th 2016 at 1:00PM with funeral services following at 2:00pm, at the Beaty Funeral Home in Winnsboro, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Calvin Lamont, Chad Self, Arthur Campbell, Allen Smith, Richard Johnson, Kevin Baugh, Shaun Smith and Wayne Self.
