Robert Reed Thacker

Mr. Robert "Reed" Thacker, age 73 of Winnsboro, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2007 in Winnsboro. He was born October 24, 1933 in Mineola to the late Bob and Maude Thacker. He was a retired car salesman, having worked at, Bass, Yazell, Chuck Fairbanks, and other Chevrolet dealers in Texas. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Robert Lynn of Winnsboro; sisters, Peggy Alkire of Dallas, Vicki Thacker of California, Kitty Hardy of Lindale; one grandson, Colton Lynn of Winnsboro; numerous nieces and nephews; and his best friend, Joe Bob Smith.
